Nevertheless, despite all the tension and anticipation, there is one downside to one last summer hoorah with “A” — no new episodes until the Halloween special, “This Is A Dark Ride”! As we’ve learned from previous show breaks, PLL withdrawal can be an intense and painful experience. How will we all survive another hiatus?!
Not to fret, lovelies, because this year ABC Family has taken everyone’s laments to heart and found a way to curb our Rosewood cravings until the Halloween spooktacular. Are you ready for this A-mazing news? They are shaking things with a Pretty Little Liars spin-off web series entitled Pretty Dirty Secrets, that will launch immediately following “The Lady Killer” midseason finale.
According to TV Guide, here’s what fans can look forward to:
Starring cast members Brant Daugherty (Noel), Yani Gellman (Garrett), Vanessa Ray (CeCe), Brendan Robinson (Lucas) and Drew Van Acker (Jason), the series will take place in the local Halloween store where the town is preparing for the big festivities. A new character, played by Aerial Miranda, will also be introduced.
The web series will run for a total of eight episodes. And considering the costume shop setting, fans should expect lots of juicy twists!
