If Robbie looks familiar, it’s because you’ve probably seen him getting wild on Revenge, Alcatraz, CSI:NY and How I Met Your Mother! According to TVLine reports (and judging by his smoldering blue eyes framed by awesome black brows), the 24-year-old actor will be playing Noel Kahn’s brother Eric ( and will be making his debut in PLL episode 3.09. OMG! Wait…what?! That just so happens to be the exact time Gregg Sulkin is going to be taking everyone by storm as Wesley Fitzgerald. Hmm…coincidence? Probably not!
