Question: Do you secretly experience a rush of excitement when a top-selling singer or television and movie star lists Pretty Little Liars as his/her favorite show? Well, we definitely do and in the spirit of the best show ever, we’ve decided to give all celebrity Rosewood fanatics a personal shout-out just to let them know we appreciate being number one in their eyes. (Even big, bad “A” approves!) And this edition goes out to Samantha Logan, who currently stars on the delicious and sinister new ABC series 666 Park Avenue (which airs on Sundays on ABC at 10/9c)!

We actually had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with Samantha at the 666 Park Avenue premiere party in New York City. It was there where we discovered that she loves Sara Shepard’s books and can’t get enough of the show. (So we immediately dubbed her as awesome and fabulous from the get go — obviously!)
Oh — and here’s the best part! Sam didn’t merely tell us that she enjoys PLL and left it at that. She regaled us with actual eloquent details about what she thinks of the Liars and even confided in us about her reaction to the whole Toby scandal. Check out what the talented young actress and dancer revealed during our recent visit to the set of her spooky new series:
Why She Hearts PLL: “I love the fashion on the show — the characters definitely have a sense of style. I think the whole cast works really well together especially the four girls. They all work really well together. And it’s very believable. Even though [the writers] are still working around the basic premise of “Who is A?” they definitely have found a way to step it up a notch in Season 3. I feel like they left us off with a good cliffhanger in the mid-season finale. The upcoming episodes seem like they are going to be really great.”
On the Toby Twist: “From the very beginning, I knew it was Toby. I suspected him right away. Plus, his black hoodie was very very creepy! I set my heart on Toby from day one. And I was like you know what I’m right! Look at that! It’s Toby! He was too nice. I didn’t like it — something was off.”
On The A Team: “There’s definitely a clan but I don’t know who’s in it. Again it could be anybody. I’m actually kind of lost now because they’ve got two things going on: one with who killed Alison DiLaurentis. And then you’ve got who’s A versus who’s a member of the A team? You just don’t know again and [the psychological aspect of it] messes with your mind and you’re like, “Really? Come on!” I get into it in case you can’t already tell.”
On Being A PLL Fan: “I am a PLL fanatic. My friends are also diehard fans. Like if I met the cast they would probably faint right on cue. [laughs] And if I met the Vampire Diaries cast they would probably do the same because they’re just all devastatingly gorgeous.”
We adore Samantha just as much as she adores PLL. She’s beautiful, gifted, and very down-to-earth — an all around delight — and, in turn, we can’t wait to tune into her show each week starting on September 30, 2012!
