According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Tinseltown princess will play a newcomer named Zoe who not only runs a successful global charity, but she has a great sense of humor and is essentially the change she wants to see in the world.

Rumer has been booked for one episode set to air in July 2013 but there is definitely potential for her storyline to grow! And judging by the talented young star’s slew of roles — including a recurring character on The CW’s 90210, a  geek turned college hottie in The House Bunny, and a terrorized girl in Hostage — we know that she is definitely capable of holding her own if the A team bitches decide to mess with her!

The new season of Pretty Little Liars premieres on ABC Family on Tuesday June 11 at 8/7c. Tune in to find out what the girls find in Detective Wilden’s trunk and to watch as Aria, Hanna, Emily, Spencer and Mona try to make sense of who saved them from the lodge fire and who “Red Coat” really is!

Alloy Entertainment: After you joined the Star-Crossed cast and learned more about the series, what was the biggest shocker for you?
Natalie Hall: I was surprised about the political aspect of the show. The writer is Meredith Averill who is from The Good Wife and the series deals with not only romance and teen angst but political issues as well. The aliens are from another planet and look different so we as humans don’t accept them and it’s heartbreaking. And, personally, that’s what I love about the show — it’s different, passionate, and I think it will resonate with both guys and girls. It’s also set in high school which is perfect for The CW.

Alloy Entertainment: From all the characters that you’ve seen so far on the show, whose your favorite aside from your own?
Natalie Hall: There’s a girl named Terry who I’d love to play. She’s this very edgy alien with a strong sense of self. She’s a brave and empowered young woman. However, I do love my character even though she’s the mean girl of the school and comes off a little vicious at the beginning.

Alloy Entertainment: Some of the characters on the show are extraterrestrials with super powers. Do you have any hidden talents of your own?
Natalie Hall: (laughs) I can’t reveal that! Well, I used to do musical theater here in New York. I did “A Chorus Line” and “Wicked” and all that stuff. I’ve been singing and dancing since I was little and I kind of caught the acting bug later on after I did “A Chorus Line.” I thought I’d look into film and television just to try it out, but my training has all been theater.

Alloy Entertainment: You’re on a cast with so many talented young actors and actresses, including Malese Jow from The Vampire Diaries. What was it like working with her?
Natalie Hall: Malese is AMAZING! She’s so down-to-earth. She’s so funny and she dresses really well — she always looks adorable everyday on set. She’s just very sweet and talented!

Alloy Entertainment: Will your character Taylor find herself in any romantic predicaments on the show?
Natalie Hall: From what I hear, yes. I know the person that I will be paired with — and it was obvious to me even reading the script — and I’m excited for it. If they were to become involved, they’d make a great couple.

Alloy Entertainment: In the spirit of the show’s romance, whose your favorite power couple?
Natalie Hall:I would say Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. They do a lot of good for the world and support various humanitarian causes. They seem like they lead a really beautiful life. Aside from both of them being good-looking and talented, they just seem like a very strong, bonded couple. So, yes, I’ll go with Brangelina on that one. (Laughs)

What happened in Pretty Little Liars Season 3? Viewers found out that Toby was working for the A team. Spencer eventually joined the A team. Red Coat stalked Aria, Spencer, Hanna, and Emily around town. Ezra met his long-lost son Malcolm. Jenna got her sight back (aka stopped pretending to be blind). Ashley Marin ran over Detective Wilden. Some bitches tried to burn our favorite Rosewood gals alive. Alison saved the day …or did she? Regardless of what went down, one thing’s for sure — the third season of Pretty Little Liars left viewers emotionally exhausted and it should come as no surprise that the show’s talented cast and crew probably felt similarly. (Sigh. The price of quality entertainment!)

Luckily for us, they’re troopers and sacrificed lots of sleep throughout the year to produce many hours of high intensity drama for us to sink our teeth into every Tuesday night on ABC Family. We recently caught up with Robbie at the CW upfront outside the London Hotel to get the scoop on his exciting new show, big bro Stephen (Green Arrow) and potential return to PLL. Find out what juicy details he dished out below!

Alloy Entertainment: Hi Robbie! Congratulations on The Tomorrow People. Can we expect you back in Rosewood any time soon.
Robbie:(laughs)It’s not up to me but I doubt it because I don’t think the [network] would let me. However, I would love to. I enjoyed my experience on that show and the cast was so welcoming and fantastic. I had a lot of fun.

Alloy Entertainment: You’re working with Julie Plec and Greg Berlanti, creators of The Vampire Diaries and Green Arrow, respectively. How has it been working with such two accomplished and creative masterminds?
Robbie: Julie and Greg are the most powerful people at the CW let alone in the television industry, so it’s amazing having them on our corner and to be on the same team as them. They’re both just so immensely talented.

Alloy Entertainment: The Tomorrow People is a reboot of a popular UK sci-fi series. What can both new and old fans of the show expect?
Robbie: I’ve watched the pilot and it’s everything I hoped it would be. It was a total “best case scenario” situation. It’s fun. It’s fast. It’s exciting. And best of all, it feels like it’s grounded in real life. It was a dream come true, honestly.

Alloy Entertainment: What sorts of powers does your character Stephen have?
Robbie: My character starts off pretty messed up. He’s on a lot of direct drugs trying to level himself out. As it turns out, there’s actually nothing wrong with him — he has these innate super powers that are starting to appear. And throughout the pilot, I teleport, I use telekinesis, I use telepathy, and I stop time.

Alloy Entertainment: Whoa. That’s quite the impressive list you have there!
Robbie: (laughs) Let’s face it, you can never have too many super powers.

Alloy Entertainment: Speaking of super powers, your brother Stephen who plays Oliver Queen on Green Arrow also has some of his own. Between his character and yours, who do you think would win in a showdown?
Robbie: Oh! He’s a super hero and I have super powers, but I don’t know. Maybe a crossover episode to determine? (laughs)

How amazing would it be to see both Robbie and Stephen share some screen time? If we can’t have the Kahn brothers then we’d more than willing to accommodate the Amells into our weekly line-up. (Wink wink!) Well congratulations to Robbie on the new role and tune in to Amell Wednesdays (The Tomorrow People followed by Green Arrow) on The CW in the fall of 2013. Everything will be A-okay!

Well, we’re not certain but we do know one thing for sure: we’re going to witness yet another tense moment between the two mysterious characters in Pretty Little Liars Season 4. “Alison stands at a window which is lined with shelves. We’ve been here before and the shelves were filled with snow-globes. Now they’re lined with model cars and motorcycles. “’So these are your toys?’ asks Alison. Ali picks up a vintage classic truck. Toby walks over and takes it from her.”

Whoa! The snow globes are a major clue. Jenna loves to collect them so their absence makes us suspicious. Either Toby and Ali are interacting in the good ol’ days before Jenna and her cane ever came clicking into Rosewood, or perhaps it’s after “the Jenna thing,” when Jenna is shipped off to a school for the blind and Alison tries to blame the garage fire on Toby. Also, in PLL Season 3, Ali visited a dorag-wearing Toby at juvie and teased him, “Bet you wish you’d kissed me when you had the chance.” Could Marlene’s tweet be the very scene Ali was describing with such relish?

In the spooky preview clip, Spencer and Toby (Spoby!) team up to snoop around the Lodge at Thornhill for clues about what happened that terrible night when the evil A team basically tried to murder all the pretty people of Rosewood. The scene is a devastating one: everything — furniture, photos, and ceiling beams — has been burned to a crisp! Creepy charred remains aside though, the couple risks any potential dangers and pokes around the place.

Meanwhile, Spencer is clearly trying to make sense of the whole Red Coat debacle and needs evidence to back up her theories. Toby joins her for moral support and probably for protection. (Have his arms grown even more muscular from the last time we saw him? Seriously.)

“What if it was Ali?” Spencer wonders aloud. “What if she brought us here because she’s ready to come home?” Toby chimes in, “She just pulls everyone out and then takes off because she knows it isn’t safe?” Spencer nods in agreement. “It’s possible,” she gasps, her voice trembling.
