Hanna Marin, beneath all those expensive clothes and snarky remarks, is size two with size twelve insecurities. After losing a whole lot of weight one summer, Hanna claims the Rosewood throne and becomes one of the prettiest and most popular girls at school. But even with her flawless skin, long auburn hair and perfect body, Hanna’s still living in Alison’s shadow. It’s a shame that Ali disappeared too soon to see how far little Hannakins has come . . . or did she? Hanna has always secretly wished that Ali was around to witness her queen bee transformation, but would Ali be impressed . . . or jealous? (Fun fact about Hanna? She crashed her ex-boyfriend Sean’s car while listening to Sir Mix a Lot’s “Baby Got Back!”)
