Pretty Little Liars episode 2.16 definitely had its ups and downs. From A ruining the girls’ appetite (worms = yuck) to Lucas going — er, how shall we put it — overboard with what turned out to be a gambling addiction (not an urge to kill), “Let the Water Hold Me Down” featured some disheartening moments.. Luckily though, there was one constant we knew we could count on to boost our spirits and shine some light on stormy Rosewood — the bold and fabulous fashion!
