It’s still only September but ABC Family is ready to usher in the Halloween festivities. Bring out the pumpkins, pull out the black and orange decorations, and fill those bowls with yummy candy because this year’s Pretty Little Liars spooktacular will soon be pulling up the station. (Yes, lovelies, the A-Train’s chugging along and picking up plenty of speed week after week.) And this week’s scary treat? A brand new video clip from “This Is A Dark Ride” featuring Noel Kahn in trouble and Spencer Hastings and Toby Cavanaugh rushing to his aid.

The clip opens up with Spencer and Toby cruising into the Halloween party and sharing an intimate kiss. (FYI: At this point, the younger Hastings daughter gets saucy and tells her beau to “whistle” if needs her — which is hands down creepy considering how Tobs works for the A team.) Spencer then saunters on over to where Hanna and Aria are standing and the girls begin talking about how no one has seen Garrett Reynolds and how even his phone has been disconnected. Naturally, Noel Kahn, dressed up like a tin soldier (or a British Redcoat from the Revolutionary War of 1776 — we can’t really tell) interrupts the intense conversation to brag about his catering abilities. He then tosses a peanut or some sort of bite-sized snack in the air and catches it with his mouth. Impressive, right? Not so fast! Immediately, Noel begins choking and Spoby runs to his rescue. Jenna stands yelling at nearby observers to do something (um, why don’t you, little Miss ‘Bitch Can See’?) and Hanna and Aria look horrified as Noel collapses to the floor and writhes in pain.
