Designer Ruthie Davis creates beautiful, luxurious shoes that we often see at major red carpet events and on fashion-savvy shows such as Pretty Little Liars and Gossip Girl. So you could only imagine how irked (and crazy jealous) A was to discover that Ruthie ignored his/her simple request for a pair of custom-made kicks to wear while stalking the Liars and, instead, whipped up a pair of bedazzled booties for Beyonce and Jay Z’s stylish 8-month-old daughter, Blue Ivy. The shoes — dubbed “Baby Ruthies 1″ — are worth a thick wad of Benjamins and are covered in almost $800 worth of amethyst Swarovski crystals.
